I think this is actually an easy one. Your clutch is slipping and I reckon it's caused by the hydraulic fluid.It's old and contaminated Completely change the fluid and your problem should go away. The temperatures you quote sound pretty normal.

Get some 10W-30 or 10W40. Make sure it does NOT have friction modifiers as this will make your clutch slip. DO NOT ride the bike until you get the oil topped up. Better to do a complete oil change actually.
