2003 SV650R Suzuki wont start?

Bike will start with jumper cables and will run. Battery was bench tested and they say it is good. When I turn on the key I get nothing. No power to anything. But once I put jumper cables on I get power and bike will start. Checked all fuses and they are all good. What could be the problem?

Please help me figure this out. limited knowledge on this bike so any help would be great. Really don't want to spend an arm and and leg to take it to a shop if I don't have to.
 
"They" are wrong. The battery is dead and needs to be replaced.

A stuffed battery will still show 12V but when any sort of load is applied, the internal resistance drops the terminal volts to near zero
