    My lawn mower will only run if I am pushing the primer bulb- what is wrong with it?

    Home Stereo Speakers buzz constantly- even when stereo turned off- no other sound?

    The stereo was fine one day, came home and now it buzzes- constantly. Even when its turned off. It doesn't get louder or softer with volume adjustment- its just a constant, fairly loud buzzing. No other sound will go through them- cd player, radio, aux input. Tried unplugging power, plugged...
