I'm switching phones but currently with a contract with Rogers. I want to get the LG shine plus but i need to know if it is possible to unlock the phone so it is usable on Rogers service.

I've been dancing for 10 years now but I'm determined to do better. I want to be able to increase my flexibility (mainly in straddle splits), strength in my upper arms and back as well as my thighs so I can do hand-less mounts. Any suggestions would be great!
