    Under dashboard,there is main relay which to turn fuel pump on and off by the computer,locate it under the steering column,says MITSUBA main relay on it.

    Timing belt can jump if tensioner is not adjusted properly,check timing marks again and see if belt is loose.

    Timing of the engine is out of sync,between camshaft and crankshaft,need special tool to line up timing marks.Timing gears have no key ways,only tapered fit and they spun because low on oil.

    Wonder where is the extra fuel to mix with the extra air which the kit is pumping in by an electric pump to provide the boost come from,there is no provision for that.Better to keep it stock.

    It is fully seated when there is no vertical play on the wheel when it is off the ground.And the bearing flange should flush with the knuckle.
