there is probably still a bolt left that you missed. sometimes you need to remove little panels to reveal the screw. also when taking off the door panel it will take a fair amount of force to pull it off. give the door a nice tug and what ever spots it seems to be stuck at, look for another bolt.

did you ever have them rotated? if you dont rotate them they wear unevenly and it will cause this problem. you should rotate them at least every 10000 miles. Also some brands of tires dont ast very long. If you get bad tires, dont expect more than 30 to 40 thousand miles out of them

yes, more power from the amp means the sub will be louder. and that is a pretty significant increase in power!
