How do I remove the door panel on a 1993 honda accord?

I am trying to replace the speakers in my door. I have the screws out, removed the clips around the door, but now I'm stuck. The door panel seems to be loose, but I'm having trouble trying to figure out how to get it off from around the handle opens the door. Any help would be great.
Does the panel around the handle come off?
 
there is probably still a bolt left that you missed. sometimes you need to remove little panels to reveal the screw. also when taking off the door panel it will take a fair amount of force to pull it off. give the door a nice tug and what ever spots it seems to be stuck at, look for another bolt.
