    Why is it that most foods that taste good 'are bad for you' (in general)?

    I don't find vegetables gross-never have. I also enjoy the flavor of whole grains. Many people find that if they avoid those fatty, salty and sugary processed foods for a time, they begin to be able to taste the delicious flavors of natural foods. Try it, you might like it.
