ZV50 unlock probelm

(UST-Pro)I can't unlock ZV50 . use cable z310 , when unlock

please connect RJ45 other port

Which tool you are using?

May be you need to calirate your UST PRO, coz ust pro has 2 RJ45 ports. Try to calirate, or try using different RJ45 port, or, try to change the port to lower numer.

NO , Calibrate no need , its work this port , i try z170 its same problem , i dont no about tool , i press direct unlock , support UST no flash file unlock , only 1 flash file ZV50JBFF1_vodafone.zip
I Unlock ZV60 ,flash file unlock file and direct unlock

Yes I check, UMST phone found , when want unlock , write please chek RJ45 or change port , it writes the same thing without conect RJ45
