I've installed the software multiunlocker code reader and tried all the ports but it just says error reading codes... i've also put the mscomm32 in the folder because i was getting an error of missing file...
can anyone help me on how to use the program?
i Don't know what i am doing wrong...

Hi,

This WinIMEI/Qualcomm Unlocker software did not helped me to solve freeze problem. Software does not find the phone.

Everytime I open software I get a "Can't open COM1" Error message. Even after shortcut at pin 2-3.

Any idea on how to solve this freezed phone?
