zv10 software locked for Vodafone germany

Hi there.
i have a zv10 that is originally bought in Germany
the phone is not sold in my country but its not simlocked so i can use any simcard, but my problem is this:

All internet functions is locked to Vodafone network.
That means that MMS, WAP, GPRS doesnt work.
Also Vodafone has a lock in its software so all software must be bought online at Vodafone website and all those nice java aps ive downloaded from filesharing doesnt work cause i cant activate them.

Seems like it will only work with Vodafone which is not available in my country.
Ive tryed added internet settings for my phone company manually and also having them send me the settings in sms, but nothing works in the settings in the sms newer arrive

From what ive read ( here and other places) the phone software should be similar to zv140.
Is that true?

Anyone that has a link to an "unbranded" software for my zv10 and a program to flash it with? ( i have only the original datakabel.

btw. Anyone knows how to backup and restore the phonebook?
Cause if flashing i think ill loose all my saved phonenumbers ( and i have alot)
The program that came with the phone, Samsung pc suite i think, cant read, backup or restore my phonebook, only move files etc.

please someone help me.
ive tryed proffesional unlock companies here, but they dont have the software cause the model is not sold in my country and the dont know much about the phone
i dont care if the software is not in my langauge, english is ok for me.
All i want is all those fancy MMS, WAP etc to work and also be able to use all those nice java aps and games ive downloaded
 
isnt there really anyone that can tell me how to fix this?

for backing up phonebook and data you can use samsung pcsuite

for unlocking you can use SRS (from unlocksamsungonline.com) with this tool you can unlock your zv10 in 6 seconds with your default usb datacable.

no need for entering codes, and no loss of data since all data stays in the phone.
 
yes i can backup data and video with pc suite but i cant find anywhere how to backup sms and phonebook?
the feilds where i can manage contacts and messages is greyed out and the software says that my phone does not support this
but im sure it does, its just that damn vodafone cripplet firmware
please help me out i need to get this vodafone virus off my phone and get it working again

Regarding unlock.
Its already kinda unlocked cause i can use any simkort i like
but only for calls and normal sms

Now ive been in tough with almost every unlock company in my country but noone of them can help as the mobil is not sold here and they cant get an unbranded spftware and upgrade it for me and still creating backup of my phone
 
Someone in here must know this an be able to help?

If i manage to solve this problem ill write a step by step guide on how to fix this in the zv10 as i can see a lot of other ppl are having similar problems with this model

the code i think is 00000000.

You can update your firmware via stadard usb cable. I did it vith zv30 following this tutorial:

It is in spanish but with a translation service like WorldLingo(I use it as addon with mozilla firefox) to translate the page so to can understand better, but have screenshots and it is easy.

Right know im still looking for my usb cable but i use a usb wireloss dongle to transfer video and pictures
but samsung pc suite says i cant grab sms and phonebook info cause its not supported by model
Anyone knows any third party programs capable og doing that on samsung phones ?

havent had my phone inawhile.
finnaly found it and wants to unbrand and make it work again, but now most the links above is dead.

any one have recent links to debranding software and firmware for samsung sv10?
