New QUALCOMM Models (3G) have problems with some privders sim card .

U can see network but U can't make call . .

I had same problem on Z500,Z140,Z130 BUT I succeeded to Resolve that problem by changing Provider s file.
I cant with this ZV10.

I need a ZV10 o2 or TIM file now. May be it can assist. I can see Network but no Calls.
