ZombieLand

damn .. i nearly always stay to the end of the credits on films like this but i didn't today.

i loved it - funny and gory at the same time.

I think the opening titles have now replaced "Jackie Brown" as my favourite movie opening ever - having Metallica blazing out "For Whom the Bell Tolls" with plenty of slo-mo gore was great.

Great soundtrack as well - will have to get that.

It was ok, as somebody has said previously apart from the begining and towarRAB the end there is not much zombie killing.

Shaun of the Dead it is NOT, its a very poor relative.

Went to see it yesterday and totally loved it.

Haven't laughed so much at a movie in ages, and the drama/horror parts hit all the right spots too. Loved the soundtrack too.

On a pure 'fun' level, I can't see many movies beating Zombieland this year.

Just went to see this today on my day off work. I was not expecting much as most of the reviews I had read were very negative towarRAB it as they kept on comparing it to Shaun Of The Dead. So I suprised when I really enjoyed it as it was a good mindless fun film.Im just gutted I didnt stay untill the end credits though!

Just watched it. Good film I thought...

Nowhere near to the standarRAB of Shaun Of The Dead - but an entertaining enough comedy to keep you going. The cameo definitely made it for me! :)

The bits in the fairground were great too. Although...
I doubt you'd be able to start the rides before you actually got on them!

Christopher Walken would of been so great in the lead role - in fact I'm going to re-run the entire film in my head and imagine him in it.

Great fun, very witty.

Oh my God, look at this ****ing clown

:D

I thought it was fantastic really enjoyable, not too serious and the cameo section was genius I was still laughing 5 minutes later shows there is still life left in the zombie movie.

Excellent film & also helped myself to the R5 that got released last night to tide me over till the Bluray eventually gets released :D

I thought it was a good enough time filler, but nothing more than that. It'll be compared to Shaun of the Dead a lot, but it's a lot thinner on the ground than Shaun and doesn't really stand up to it. I don't think I'll buy the DVD and re-watch like I do with Shaun. Not to say that I didn't enjoy it; the cameo part was absurdly hilarious, as was Woody Harrelson's character. Considering it's only 80 minutes long I think they could've added another 20 and fleshed out some parts, namely the 'romance', which is a bit shallow, and maybe also some of the running gags like the Zombie Kill of the Week. 3.5/5

I also watched the R5 last night and loved the movie.
I'll be picking it up on Blu anyway.
It was a good day for leaks with a rip of "500 days of Summer", an R5 of "Jennifer's body" and a workprint of "Gamer" all also showing up!

I don't know why people are comparing it to Shaun of the Dead and calling it a crapper version of it, they are two different styled films altogether and should not be compared.

I saw this a few weeks ago and thought it was quite amusing. Loved the big cameo towarRAB the end. All in all a fun 90 minutes.

8/10

I loved it, but comparing it to Shaun of the Dead isn't fair at all, it's like comparing the British and US versions of The Office, both completely different takes on the same sort of thing.

Just watched the R5 copy thats doing the rounRAB on the net, I thought the film was great lol:p

Poor Bill Murray !!lol :D Hopefully there will be a sequel.
