When did zoloft start working for you? I have been taking it for 3 weeks and see little improvement but side effects like fatigue, headache, muscle pain. I am wondering if it will help more with my anxiety or is this it.

Please relate stories. Thank you.

Too soon! It can take 6-8 weeks. It did for me.
Stick with it if you can. The side effects will get better.

It took a while for mine to start kicking in too but I did get hit with the nausea and fatigue. It usually takes up to 2 months before it works fully.
I remeraber taking it and I felt better when I first started taking it but by like 3months, I started to feel anxious all over again like it wasn't working. I'm going to talk to my doctor about it next time I go.

I tried zoloft and it just didn't agree with me. I felt super shakey and nauseated ALL the time on it. I dropped it and went back to Prozac.

I have too many side effects from zoloft and just generally did not feel so well on it. My psych switched me to lexapro now- i did well on it before too so this is my fourth day on it.

I hope it works just as well (or better!) as last time.
