Z500 sync via BT?

Anyone got it working?
I have had several SE phones with no problems syncing them via BT but this one wouldnt do it...

Anyone got it working that care to tell me how to get it working?
 
I spent 45 min with Samsung support but they couldnt solve it either...

Havent anybody got it working?
