z500 problem rewrite imei and bt address

got a z500 wich was dead . flashed it with the 1.6 bootloader and resurected it but althow it works calls out and emails there is no imei number or bt address . tried to install original imei with ns dongle and it says done but it is not and tried winimei but it fails also tried every combo of cables etc any ideas
 
thanks for the reply elco can you tell me what cable i should use? i tried the z500 cale that came with your dongle but it did not work as i said in the previous post your soft says that the imei is done but when i read the settings it is still the same no imei and no bt
 
You can find the pinout for correct cable on the support zone.There are 2 cables for Z500:
1.USB cable for unlock
2.Cable for IMEI change
 
been to the support zone downloaded the cable pinouts No z500 cables there can you point me in the right direction thanks
 
ELCO wont tell you cause hes not sure if your useing the cracked version or not !!!!!

use the lg 7050 data cable mate and ns dongle. it has to be the one with the 9 volt battery connector.

remember , its a com port cable.. 9 pin, not usb

works 10000000000000% with ns dongle.

you might have to try a couple of times as it seems to work the second or third time for some reason, but bare with it mate.

thanks for that i will buy and try Elco has no problem with me i can supply serial and purchase info mine is genuine
 
got the lg 7050 cable and it worked on the second attempt great solution thanks lolly pop and Elco reinstalled original imei and bt
 
big thanks tesded and work 1000%
with Z500v and Z140V
for Z140v select Z500 model
nsdongle cracked + LG 7020 cable 5v = 100% work solution to change imei in Z series
