Z500 NO Network found!! Pls, HLP!

Hi guys,
i've a Z500 that not found any network.
I'm sure that the problem is NOT an IMEI lock, but i think is an hardware issue.
After a mechanic shock (fallen) the phone doesn't connect to any network.
What can i do??
