Z500 Dead

After trying to flash with NSPRO no response from the phone i think that the boot is damaged
Is there any way to flash boot with JTAG or is there any box who do this djob?

p.S: Same thing for Z150
 
hi, there is one free possibility to revive Z... qualcomm phone by jtag boot flashing.
i'm workin on a Open Jtag software with usb and lpt interface, like FT2232 and WIGGLER LPT modified for 2,6v working.
a this moment i'm writing a flash configuration file for upload the bootloader in to nand flash, then i will start phone in flash download mode and flash it whit normal usb flash loader. it is olso possible to upload bootloader by openocd with oocdlink (usb ft2232 - jtag), but we need a arm926es-j config that i do not have....

hello my samsung z500 is dead too, can you put a link where is that software that you talk in the last msg.. please.. i can help you with soft for se w300i and more... i kill my z500 from samsung in a few months, if nedded can pay something to help you guys to kep the good work answer fast please
 
Well, i'm working on two different ways, the first is open based on OpenOCD that you can download from internet. OpenOCD work fine whit USB JTAGKEY FTDi2232 chip based. I'm writing a new config Script that allow to write then boot_loader and USB_Boot on dead Z500. i have all reg information and setting about msm6250 but it is the first time i use OpenOCD and i have a little problem to set it.
The second way is not free or open, i'm modified one commercial software to use it whit msm6250 and samsung KBE00F005M Nand flash. this prog work whit simple lpt jtag interface (NOT WIGGLER). but i have some problem during flash procedure probably i need a specific driver for msm6250 or bad flash map. a this time i can write flash and verify data but my z500 does not start in usb flash mode.

Well, job completed fine, 100% revive Z500 whit usb boot damaged. i worked on two different project and the best solution it was a join of the 2 metod.

all that you need is

1 jtag interface like "jtag key USB" or "wiggler LPT"
2 OpenOCD r717
3 good welder to make 2 jumper on z500 board
4 trace32 ARM "olso good demo arm simulator"
5 my msm6250_cfg for OpenOCD
6 my ARM_JTAG modified script for Trace32
7 modified config.T32 for trace32

afther write the bootloader and usb_boot, the phone stars automactly in USB DOWLOAD MODE and you can reflash all correct firmware.
then you can remove the 2 jumper on z500 pcb and the phone work fine.
