z400 phone freeze...... how to.....

Helo bros. i have z400 here phone freeze i tried all the suggestions and search more to help me in this problem but no luck the phone is still freeze can any one in this forum who have a gud heart to solve this problem? tnx!
 
brother explain that the reason of freez . is set drop damaged or droped or just simply frees and what you want be unlock or alive working ?
 
Goto kulankendi, buy 1 log (~$10) and wait upto 24 hours for login/pass to arrive.

Then fire up the kulankendi client, enter user and pass, choose your phone model (z400) and do "read codes".

You will now have the network unlock code and phonefreeze code.
 
I did that.. got the codes.. but now i wonder .. How do i use the unfreeze code?.. need answer asap..

With Sim in phone enter code (nothing will show on lcd) then press centre button ( confirm) on multidirectional button. Phone unfrozen!!! Just done this myself and it works great!!

did you had the account for kulankendi server ?
you must have the right unlockcode.

you can also buy an special dual datacable and unlock it via the www.UnlockSamsungOnline.nl server via 3G direct unlock

but you must have dual cable serial and USB
