Z400 boot problem

can any one have help me out of this z400 not booting by pressing 9 and onoff....my bootloader is flashed with wrong flash...is there any way to repair it...need to know more about j-tag for samsung, MSM J-TAG, NS-JTAG andsamsung emergency drivers....can these things help me to flash my handset

I can repair Z400 too. Samse price and conditions like Omnia boot repair.
