Z300 problem

Phone reatarts after try to enter in messages menu,that happens after receiving one (maybe problematic) message.
Is there any code for full reset ?
Old codes working on Z300?

Ok. i knew it was a old resetcode but i didn't remember if it was 2767 or 3855

NP,I didnt know is there any risk to apply old codes on this phone!
