z140v FILE SYSTEM FORMATTING

I have Z140V that shows:

"Formating file system
wait 6 secs
now restoring File System
wait 30 seconds
restored
wait 10 secs
please restart now"

after phone restarts again and again "formating file system" always

Ive flashed it with all possible z140v firmwares including bootloader and usb-boot but nothing.

Please anyone have solution for that?
 
Possible broken NVM there are no solution for these yet ... I am waiting normal phone to make read fullflash
