Z140 Blueetooth applications (not transfering!)

Recently i downloaded from the wap internet 2 different applications to send messages via bluetooth

upon attempting run both programs (not at the same time!!!) i get the error message

"java.lang.NoClassDefFoundERROR:javax/bluetooth/BluetoothStateException"

any ideas what this is and how to make these apps work?
