z130 unlock problem

ok..
here I attach correct usb pinout for Z130=Z500....the only thing you should do with COM port is to short-circuit pin #2 with pin #3 - nothng more (there's NO cable plugged in COM port)....

First install drivers for USB cable (will find them easy in forum)
Then, use Z105 V1.16 (it's spread all aver the forum) and unlock the phone.
All set!

btw..for me all this works under win98...trying under WIN XP did not give me the desired result....

I have the same problem with unlock! I have original usb data cable model pcb180use!
 
Z105, Z500 and others unlock this way My Dear, tested on many phone. But Z130 Need direct com cable connection No Usb or shorted pin 2and 3.

http://pinouts.ru/pin_CellularPhones.shtml 130 and 500...they are diferente pin out.
 
I have downloaded but when I try to extract it asks for volume disk? How can I extract the programme please? THANKS!
 
I get error on sw. I have tried using LG3G cable and original USB cable. I have tried shorting and not shorting pins on db. I alwas get connection error, sw does not find the phone.

Com port is ok (COM5), and the phone is detected as samsung modem (when connected via usb).


What can it be due to?

I have done Z130 with com cable of Lg 7050 and with program win imei for Z130 v1.01. it works very fine.. just select the correct model i.e z130x or z130.
