z105 unlock

Hi, i need help about unlocking of a z105.. I've made the cable, see attached pic, but don't work with QUALCOMM 1.16.. I've read about 2 pins to short, pins 2 and 3.. and about a db9 connector to add... who can help me?
 
This is very easy. You have right usb cable...no need to do anything with original samsung usb cable.

2)Get a com port cable

like this

3) Now take thin wire and put in holes 2 and 3 on female db9 end.

4) Put female on serial/com port on pc.

5) Connect phone to usb cable and now everything should work.

(make sure all drivers, software loaded)
 
If you have original samsung cable for z105 then no. It should work just by shorting pin 2-3 on com port.
