call of the haunted stays on the field meaninglessly

the only time COTH would be removed would be if the given monster is destroyed

after flipping your monster face down, its considered "a monster card," not anything specific so even if the face down card is destroyed, COTH will remain with no purpose

What happens when u use the card call of the haunted to special summon a monster and when they declare an attack and u use magical hats to make it face down so does call of the haunted gets destroyed and the monster?
