You're the GM, who do you choose?

You can choose one manager and nine players. Choose the manager & players from any team in either league (like you were drafting them). You don't have to choose one player at each position, but you only get to choose nine players.
Just because this is hypothetical, budget and salary don't have to play into this decision.
