I hope as a lawyer you review all of the above.
A. federal codes has the least effect on the constitutionality of something, but if the law violates federal codes, that is a great start
B. I would hope the lawyer would look at the constitution to see if it is constitutional, federal and
C. state (states have constitutions, too, in most cases)
D. Common law probably won't apply too much to a NEW law, but it might apply if the law was similar to other laws.
