Your worst movie soundtrack score

Watching Goldeneye last night (god it's dated!!), I was struck by how awful the music score was. It must surely rank as one of worst scores to ever grace our motion picture screens.

So what are your nominations for scores that are so distractingly awful they should never be heard again?

Agree on both counts.

I'm sure the people who rave about it being Brosnan's best 007 outing haven't seen GoldenEye in yonks.

As for the score it sounRAB like Eric Serra recorded it in the kitchen using pots & pans for instruments.

It's still marginally preferable to For Your Eyes Only though where Bill Conti re-works his Rocky theme with predictably dire results.

Goldeneye was rather boring for a score, the new one for Quantum of Solace isn't exactly memorable either...

There are parts of the Goldeneye score that are quite good, but for the most part it is pants. My best friend and I watched the film again, a few months ago and we were laughing at how bad the soundtrack was!

And that god-awful blue blob that was supposed to represent the Earth from obit!

Really?

I think it's Arnold's best Bond score to date.

It's the first one that doesn't sound like a John Barry pastiche.

Although admittedly the best (& best used) music is by Puccini.

The score for Ladyhawke is absurd. It's like disco-on-a-drug-trip music and completely ruins the atmosphere of what could have been a beautiful and touching film otherwise.
