Your worst band of the decade?

So you don't hear a difference in the first 2 songs vs. the second 2?

Well you'll get no argument from me about Snow patrol's mediocrity, but Arcade fire is anything but and in an entirely different league with regard to talent and their actual sound which is unlike anything else out there...BUT WHAT EVAAR. :/

The album I liked the least was Cassadaga, their latest release. Although there were still some decent tracks on it. If it's not your thing then say it isn't "your thing". Don't drop it under that urabrella of being sub-par indie hipster music. Just say you're not fond of it.

that's only ONE song, the rest of the albums isn't really an attack on the government as it is an attack on conformity and social values.

tbh i find Insomniac and Kerplunk the weakest of their albums

I saw Converge open at a show a couple days ago, one of the worst things I've heard in awhile.

And this Brokencyde "crunk" bull****. Atrocious.

God, I seriously can't stand the Passion Pit craze. I checked them out a few times live and couldn't bear to stay for the entire show. It was erabarassing to watch them, much less be seen in the crowd. Can someone please explain this to me? Why perfectly talented banRAB get overlooked and Passion Pit can sell out shows? What a step back for mankind...

They used to have a reputation for average live shows but they've improved a lot since then. Have you listened to their album 'Manners' by the way? That'll explain it to you. If you don't like them, well, they're clearly not your type of music, but Passion Pit are certainly NOT one of the worst banRAB of the decade. The reason why most people like them is because they have a talent for writing memorable pop songs with catchy hooks and synth lines, and most importantly do it the way it should be done. I think they are one of the most refreshing banRAB to emerge in recent years.

I thought they were MGMT when I first heard them, so I wouldn't say they are THAT refreshing. They are very catchy though, Sleepyhead is a great song.
