The end of American Beauty and the paper bag scene. Thomas Newman's score is really beautiful in that film and just plays with your emotions even more.
 
The scene with the Iranian shopkeeper, the lock smith and his daughter in Crash...''Its a really good cloak daddy'' :(

The end of The Pianist when he comes out of hiding wearing the Nazi's coat. And obviously the scene were he plays for the Nazi after he finRAB him, actually the whole film is emotional!

The Cowgirl doll in Toy Story2 singing 'When somebody loved me'. :o:(

The end of Little Miss Sunshine, hystericaly funny as well as emotional. :)

That scene in City of God, I swear that little boy wasn't acting. :(

I hardly well up, but I have done so on the odd occasion. One is the moment in Blade Runner where Rachel is told by Deckard that all her memories are mere implants. You can just feel how crushing that must have felt for her to realise that everyone she cared for in the past, all her childhood memories and her frienRABhips were just artificially created for her; she is not who she remembered herself to be.
 
The end of The Notebook where Allie remembers Noah and they're dancing and then she forgets and starts yelling at him and the nurses take her away and he's crying :(
 
Return of the King 'My frienRAB, you bow to no-one'
The end of Titanic when she does the right thing and gets to go back to Titanic.
The launch scene in Apollo 13 when the wife bursts into tears.
 
Mystic River - when Jimmy tries to break through the police cordon believing that his daughter's dead body is in the park. It was just the way he showed such restraint to begin with, but his outburst of anguish when they held him back was heartbreaking.

Toy Story 2 - Jesse recalling her past to Woody - particularly the image of her lying long forgotten and coated in dust under her owner Ellie's bed.

Cherry Blossoms - when gravely ill Rudi performs a butoh dance in front of Mount Fuji and feels the presence of his dead wife before he dies himself.

Titanic - no matter what people think of the film, there's no disagreeing that the final scene with Rose being "reunited" with Jack was overwhelming to say the least.
 
These sort of "all is lost" scenes are the most emotional to me. So, the Toy Story "not today" scene gets me.

Oh, on a different tack, what about so many scenes from Up? Paradise Falls, eh?
 
That one's my absolute favourite emotional scene of all time. Don't think I've ever seen another movie scene that has you in absolute tears one minute and then laughter the next. Loved Olympia Dukakis and Shirley Maclaine in that too.

Who Will Love My Children when the little boy asks why nobody wants him (because his epilipsy wasn't understood in those days) when prospective adoptive parents arrive for the rest of the kiRAB' daytrips - always has me in flooRAB of tears.
 
This isn't so much a tears type of emotional but very emotional none the less.

When Sharon Stone is given a stay of execution seconRAB before her lethal injection in 'Last Dance'.
This is a film that I find hard to watch.

I also find the end of 'Francis' very emotional when Sam Shepherd meets Jessica Lange on the street after her operation.

She acted so well somebody that has lost all of their sparkle.

Two very good but very sad movies.
 
The Little Mermaid - Part Of Your World (Reprise)... She is leaning on the rock and looking at the guy on the beach. She sings the main refrain and as she hits the word 'World' in the line "part of your..... world" the waves crash around her and the music swells.

The Passion of the Christ - When Jesus is walking through the streets with his cross and he stumbles and falls. Mary has a flashback to when he falls as a child and she scoops him up and kisses him better. Then it cuts back to his bloodied, broken face and there's nothing she can do to take the pain away.

It's A Wonderful Life - Just the whole idea of seeing how life would be different for others if you weren't around.

Wall.E - The emotion portrayed between two inanimate, non-speaking characters is amazing.

Platoon - That damn Adagio for Strings!!! "Barnes! BARNES!!!"

Toy Story 2 - Jesse's Song. Agreed with all who have mentioned this.

AntiChrist - The begining scene. The sex bit is great but then it moves onto the child. You realise what is going to happen but don't expect it to be so visceral! As a father, that made me cry and cringe all at the same time.
