I love most of Hayao Miyazaki & Studio Ghibli's films, but Howl's moving Castle has got to rank higher than the others because it's one of the few where there is a set and definite ending.

We know for sure that Howl & Sophie end up together.
 
Mine don't really go in any real order...my favorite anime changes depending on my mood...but here are my top 10 in order of how I think of them

4. Samurai Deeper Kyo
5. Now and Then, Here and There
6. Gundam Wing
7. FullMetal Alchemist

1. Berserk - Gutts...is the stuff-zers!
2. Gungrave - Brandon Heat can be my bodyguard anyday.
3. Full Metal Alchemist - Gawd I hope FMA2 doesn't blow my hopes.
4. Rurouni Kenshin - Samurai X included too. After the meji era is was lame and unimportant.
5. Claymore - Teresa is awesomeness.
6. Gundam Seed & Gundam Seed Destiny - Izak is a hawt mess.
