Your thoughts about this, and yes I am going to the doctor.

PLEASE DON'T LET THE LENGTH SCARE YOU OFF! I don't even think that it is that long.

Before I start let me tell you about me. I am 14yrsold, female, had my period since age 12 (got it september 2006,it is pretty average&regular) I am tall and slender. I weigh between 120lbs-125lbs (its always varying.)
I've had a touch of pneunomia when I was 2, chicken pox when I was 4 and the stomach flu about once a year.
In March 2007 I was taken to the doctor because of persistant fatigue. They ran several blood and urine tests - 1rst they suspected a liver problem but that was proved wrong w/the next blood test. They also suspected Crohns but they threw that idea away. In the end I was diagnosed w/a touch of Infectious mononucleosis.

Now, about 1.5 years later I still am normally fatigued. I'm not totally sure if is been constant for that whole time, but for the past few months it has been. Along w/that I have had these symptoms on and off:

  1. Headaches - varying. 1rst was mild to moderate but lasted almost two weeks. Have had a few sicne then. Normally get worse when I aply pressure (ex: resting head on pillow) or when I lay down.
  2. Tingling/numbness - on and off. Most commonly in hands or feet. Lasts on average 5 to 10 minutes. Recently I've awoken to find my arm asleep although not in awkward position.
  3. Lightheadedness - mild. Always when getting out of bed if I don't take it slowly. Sometimes after being upside down (I'm in gymnastics) or sometimes for no apparent reason.
  4. Heart palpitations - they seem to come randomly. sometimes easier to feel than others. I find my heart rate goes up fast when I exercise and I get more tired quickly while exercising too.
  5. Urination during night - 3 times on average but if not, I need to go really bad when I wake up. I seem to go more during daytime than my peers at school.
  6. Fevers - only a few. For a day on and off when I have them. A lot of the time my skin feels hot (or quite warm) to touch.
  7. Mood swings - not eveyrday, but often. It has no relation to my period or PMSing. They can be quite extreme.
  8. Abdominal pain - lasts only up to a minute (average.) Feels kind of like someone stuck a needle in me. Not cramp like. Near my belly button when on right side or up further on left.
  9. Burning eyes- sometimes my eyes will feel hot, almost as if they are burning.
  10. I get out of breath easily - sometimes all it takes is going from down stairs to my bedroom upstairs. Most of the time I can get it back quite quickly.
  11. Pains - I think I've had a pain pretty much everywheres. It normally feels dull and sore but not severe. Never lasts more than a day at a time.

I know that there is more, but they aren't coming to me. So I guess that means they aren't as common as the above. I am going to the doctors soon (around the 18th) but I want your in-put. What is causing all these? do you have an idea? None of them last all the time except being tired a lot and the nighttime urination. All others are on and off. Sometimes I can go a week without some of them!
If you need to ask me questions, go ahead.
If this helps, diabetes is a common-ish thing in my mom's side of the family (she doesn't have it though) and heart problems run in my dad's side. He had a heart attack in october and is only 45!

Well, thanks for at least reading this!

I remember 3 things now - that happened only once.
1) I had a yellow spot between 2 fingers a week or so ago. It lasted 5 days.
2) Today some skin on my thumbs was bluish from 12:45pm (app) until about 4:00pm
3) Just a few days ago when I was sitting in class, my vision went black and I had a really sharp pain in my stomach. It hurt bad! It was almost like when you faint (yes, I've fainted before. Once when I was sick.) It only lasted a couple seconds then I was back to normal.

Okay, thank you for your input :) This has only happened once but I will still go and take a look at it.

Print out the list of symptoms you gave in your first post and show it to your doctor when you go, so that you don't forget anything when discussing the problem.

No, I am not on any medications.

I went and had blood and urine taken for tests on the 24th. Just this morning they called to say that I have a bladder infection  which I think is so random, considering I haven't any symtpoms except for that I go to the bathroom just a very tiny bit more than most people. But maybe this means that it isn't a very bad infection. All I need is to take some antibiotics, although I don't have any details about that yet.

Hi again guys! I forgot to mention that the doctor confirmed that i have a fast heart beat and heart murmurs. Although she isn't conserned about the murmurs.

Just the other morning after gymnastics the night before (2 hours long - not very tiring for I am in a lower level than I could be {i chose to be}) I had a dull chest pain in the middle of my chest (sternum?) it seemed to be in one area only and it felt as if it was in my chest wall. I hurt more when I stretched out or breathed deeply. I've experianced it a couple times before , every time awhile after lengthy exercise - almost like an after affect. I don't know if I was simply sore or what. It wasn't that bad the pain - not quite bad enough for pain killers.

I am on medicine (amoxicillin, 3 pills a day for 10 days) currently and last time I got the pain I was on the medicine but the other times before i wasnt.

Please help me!!! Any advice? Or ideas what may be causing it?

I was at the doctors and she ordered blood tests to be done for me. One of the things she is testing is my thyroid. I am also being tested for Diabetes (runs in family) and my cholestreol levels are big checked, along with a few other things.

What I eat daily varies.
For breakfast I normally have cereal/yogurt, toast, or some type of fruit (commonly clemintines) and a samll glass of orange juice.

For lunch at school I bring a sandwhich (ex: peanut butter&jam, roast beef or some other type of meat.) my sandwhichs are always on whole wheat bread.
Once a week I will buy my lunch which will inlcude a cookie, milk and maybe something else - like a sub or wrap.

Supper is always something healthly - we don't have take out very often at all because my dad is limited for what he eats. I drink 1% milk with supper.

Other things I commonly eat: ice cream, fruit (a few servings a day at the most), cheese, and.... I drink a lot of water.

I hoped this is what you were looking for :) But its kind of hard to think of what you eat. Although I do believe this covers it. But since its near chirstmas I have been eating more candy than normal, although not much.

This made me think "occular migraine". When you say your vision went black....that's happened to me before and it's scary. It either was like I had tunnel vision, no peripheral vision, or spots in front of my eyes like if a camera flashed in my face. Sometimes you have a headache and sometimes not.....sometimes naseau. Look it up and see what you think. Also I'm glad she's testing your thyroid and your blood glucose levels.
