...personal property,? Your property can be encumbered or seized.Liens by operation of law against real and personal property,including finicial accounts,when ever you have support arrerange.By property what does it mean does it mean your clothes your tv whatever you own your car they can take from you???
 
Personal property, like clothing, household goods, aren't usually included. I suppose if you had incredibly expensive items, like furs, creditors might try to attach them.
