other testing in my case)? I have missed 2 periods, almost 3 missed periods now (next week I would think I would be due for one) and I am always regular. But every home pregnancy test says negative- I have taken probably close to 10 now. The last two days I have been extremely dizzy and vomitting. Slight lower pelvic pains (not menstrual pains, nothing in my sides). I have zero energy.

I recently moved to a new city, so I don't have a regular doctor or ob gyn. My coworker gave me the number for her doctor, which I made an appointment, however they won't see me for two months even with the symptoms I gave them.

My sister has history with what I think is called ovarian torque? It has happened twice to her. Where the ovary wraps around itself (which caused her to lose an ovary and fallopian tube). She also had missed numerous periods, pelvic pains, doctors thought she might be pregnant, long story short-, it was so long drawn out that she ended up in emergency surgery, and now has a good possiblity of never being able to have children.

A part of me wants to wait for the ob gyn. I'm trying to be logical about it. If I'm pregnant, it's not like anything is going to change with that for the next few months. I also don't want to waste urgent care's time if I am not. But with family history and missing 3 periods? What would you do? Am i just over reacting?

When I first started reading your question I was going to suggest looking for a free women's clinic in your area to get a pregnancy test done but as I read on I really changed my mind. The fact that you have taken numerous pregnancy tests, you have been dizzy and vomiting the past few days and with your sisters history I would not wait two months to go to the doctor. I would suggest going to an urgent care center or even the emergency room. You don't want to play with something that could end up similar to what happened to your sister.

You need to find a walk in health clinic, planned parenthood clinic or county health dept can also help you..

Don't worry so much about your family history at this point,,,
But do get into see someone about your missed periods and make sure to give them a family history when you get into see a doctor....

Honestly, I would go to urgent care. What if it is the same thing as your sister? Would you want to wait?? If pregnancy tests are showing up negative it could be something serious. You wouldn't be wasting their time, that's what they are there for. Get your butt in there! If it comes out to be nothing at least you will have peace of mind! Good luck :)
