Your least favorite villains in the animation world

A villian who never wins. My gawd, people, is it so hard to let the hero lose every so often? Take Team Rocket from Pokemon, these guys have taken their fair share of beatings and you even feel sympathy for these goons once in a great while.

But do they ever win, nope! Ash and gang forever get the best of them. I wish the ever altrustic spikey-haired kid and his eletric-charged rodent could just cut their loses for once and be like 'eh, whatever, let'em have one' or something. Of course, I'd be just like them and try to save the Pokemon out of force of habit.

OK, I'll admit that I've only seen a handful of episodes of ChalkZone, but how exactly does Rudy's dad qualify as a villain? He didn't do anything evil in any of the episodes that I saw (which, admittedly, isn't many). Keep in mind that this thread is about actual villains, not characters whom you merely find annoying.
 
Thanks for the info, but that doesn't exactly sound like it qualifies Rudy's dad as a villain to me. Unnecessarily strict, maybe, but not villainous. However, like I said, I haven't seen many ChalkZone episodes, so I can't judge for certain.
 
Depends on what you define as slave. Cinderella was definitely treated as a slave, but just having a kid help out at a store or performing some chores doesn't automatically mean slave.
 
Mojo Jojo(PPG's)

I dont know about him, but theres just something absolutely incompentent about him. Wherever its the fact that he grew into the size of King Kong and yet still lost, or the fact that he STILL lets them win, even when hes about two steps away from destroying the city, almost makes me wonder if hes just running out of ideas.

Im sorry but thats all i can think of for now.
 
I love a villain-bashing topic, so lets see, my least favorite villains in the animation world that I hate are:

The masked mouse(Porky & Sylvester) - I wanna crush that little rat for hurting poor Sylvester at the end.
The Barnyard Dawg/Henry Hawk(Foghorn Leghorn) - What rotten bullies that make life miserable for poor Foghorn.
Reggie(Richie Rich) - That annoying bully's comeuppances are hilarious.
Jerry/Spike(Tom & Jerry) - Poor Tom having to put up with those two jerkoffs in episodes when he loses:mad:.
Luna(Thundercats) - Such an annoying little prick as much as I feel bad for poor Amuk.
Katrina & Bratina(Pound Puppies) - Annoying horrible villainesses that annoyed me everytime I see them, but I only like is their evil cat, Cat Gut who was cool.
Vernon/Burne/Lord Dregg/Jet Mc.Cabe/The News Director(TMNT) - Rotten ninja turtle-bashing jerkoffs that need a beating!!!!Carter's annoying jerkrival that got on my nerves, but his beating was great & it surprised me that Robbie Rist voiced him who
