What bad experience have you notice while at your LFS or any place you got your fish?
While i was at walmart i wanted to purchase some baby clown loach's.
The lady caught it for me, then as she gave it to me, i saw that she had wrote down the name of another fish in the same tank.
Luckly this other name was a much cheaper fish
I've also witnessed at walmart, a lady caught some bala shark's for this man. She went to the sink to bag it, and she took water from the goldfish tank and poured it in. The man saw and complained to the lady
