Sailor Moon was my first anime that nreally got me into it back when they showed it on coortoon network

I was born into a family of anime addicts. My parents had anime on the TV almost constantly, though the series that I remember best as my first is Sailor Moon. I wasn't crazy about it, until I found out my cousin Cassie liked it. I became a fanatic after that, even dressing up as Usagi, or Serena, as I knew her then, for Halloween, though my dad told me I was more like Amy/Ami.

Other series' that may be counted as my firsts are Dragon Ball, Gundam, though I don't remember which series, Cardcaptor Sakura, Digimon, Pokemon, and Inuyasha. Wow.

excluding pokemon i saw an episode of elfen lied randomly aired on a channel called propeller it no longer shows anime anymore but it pretty much got me into it (lol i watched elfen lied when i was just a little kid ooooo look at the head blow up)

Me neither, I saw DBZ and Pokemon, but they were just regular cartoons to me as a kid.
My first anime was Fruits Basket. I don't know how but I was hooked after it. I loved the story and it was different than any cartoon I had seen. For very good reasons I found out later.
