Your Favourite Disney Films?

Peter Pan, Dumbo formerly The Lion King, although I still love TLK it's not my favourite anymore.



Agree on both. Thankfully the sequels are going away. Unfortunately Tinkerbell wasn't so lucky. Grr...



Agree. I enjoy Treasure Planet, it's definately not anywhere near the best of films, but there is something there. It just doesn't connect properly. I so wanted this to be a classic or at least close.

Never been able to watch The Lion King after seeing it at the cinema when it was released :o:cry:
 
Of course we all love the classics I'm sure.

But one film I always liked (but everyone seems to hate) is Treasure Planet.

Sure the story was a little pokey but I always thought the visuals were memorably stunning.

Beauty and the Beast is a wonderful film - won an oscar for Best Film, I think.

I also like Hercules - the songs are great and some of the drawing is by Scarfe and is very memorable.

Sentimentally, I adore the Jungle Book. Went to see it with the whole family when I was a child (this sort of event was rare in my childhood) and I was absolutely captivated.
 
The Little Mermaid - Ariel is totally HOT!
Tron - Retro and glowy!
Dinosaur - Great animation.
Wall-E - So much emotion from two robots who only say Waaaallllleeeeeee and Eeeeeeevvvvveeeee.
 
Aladdin, Lion King and Toy Story are films I loved back then and would happily watch now - lucky for me my frienRAB at uni are the same and have all the DVRAB :D

I also loved The Aristocats, Basil the Great Mouse Detective, The Rescuers and The Little Mermaid back in day but probably wouldn't enjoy them quite as much now.

For their non-cartoon films, I love The Parent Trap remake just as much as I did when I was 10/11 :)
 
There's soo many great disney films out there..that i thinks its impossible to have an all time favourite...well thats what i think :D
