Megatron- He is without a doubt the strongest baddest toughest Decepticon.
Darth Vader- The black color and voice say it all on how bad he is.
John Ryder- this villain isn't popular but he was a psycho in the movie The Hitcher. He would not stop his killing ways and you couldn't stop him. It's like he was a brick wall or something.
Vincent(Collateral)- Tom Cruise was amazing as this sociopathic hit man on a mission to finish his hit list before sunrise. He was very tough and smart. The man had no fear whatsoever.

Udo Kier in "Blood For Dracula" and "Flesh For Frankenstein". Crazy overacting, blood-puking, insane oneliners and a whole lot of gore and nudity. What could possibly be better? They don´t make movies like this anymore.

That is a good 1. My favorite villain is ''Mr. Freeze'' from ''Batman & Robin''. There was overacting, but loved his one liners.
