Your favorite facial expressions (Image Warning)

From the Zelda CD-i game "The faces of evil"

That reminds of my favorite expression from that episode. "Well Punsy, looks like we're yesterday's news. ... Get it!"

everythingsajoketoyouis.jpg

"Everything's a joke to you, isn't it?"

orihime129.jpg

Ichigo & Orihime, Bleach's king & queen of funny expressions.

I really don't know why this makes me laugh. I think it's in the context of what Trent was saying about in the scene. He was talking about how his parents made him eat brocoli. The shocked expression is when he says that brocoli is "good for ya" as if this the most unexpected fact.

"I love you!" I second the notion of SpongeBob being the master of funny facial expressions.

I was bored last night and decided to look at Night of the Werehog again and noticed some facial expressions that I liked.

Chip's first scared shot from that short, I kind of like how his face looks like in this. I wonder what scared him?

Here it is. If that was real, it would probably scare me as well.

Sonic is playing a joke on Chip after being scared by the two ghost that are scaring him to get a kiss from the female ghost.

This is the result of that.

A few of the ones I've picked up recently:

Po has a really bizarre expression on the back of the Kung Fu Panda DVD but I can't find the image online. Really, it's... kind of disturbing.

I can't wait for Princess and the Frog to come out on DVD and Blu-Ray. Eric Goldberg went crazy with Louis' face. I hope to see some of those expressions here. :p In the meantime, these pictures from the Great Mouse Detective will just have to do.

AHH!

Basil of Baker Street: from depressed to crazy awesome in 2.8 seconds!

Basil: Smiles Everyone! :anime:
Dawson and Olivia (thinking): What just happened?
basil_screencaps281.jpg

They may be Disney trained but Musker and Clements' influence from Warner Bros. and MGM is pretty clear here. ;)

I think this image speaks for itself.

It's from The Two Faces of Squidward. That episode seems to be pretty popular despite being a post-movie episode.

Here's some other facial expression that got a chuckle out of me.

I just love how Chalmers is so suspicious about Skinner's meal and the fire in his kitchen, yet accepts his excuse of Aurura Borealis in his home as real.

Survival of the Idiots was just full of these great faces. This is one of the more underrated Patrick moments, especially since his face is only on-screen for 1 second.

I always loved when the Professor would overreact to things. It happened so rarely in early seasons but it made him less of a square as he usually appeared.

Can't you just feel his pain?

I don't think this is the reason Alicia is popular, but its probably part of it (the other part is probably this)

Sajin Komamura getting ready to bust some skulls. I've always liked images of characters getting ready to fight but this my favorite by far.

Well, I see that I found a few more of those:

Anyway, Moving on form Antone (that rhymed ^_^). I have a few others to show you:

FacialExpression121.jpg

We all knew that he'd do this.

FacialExpression122.jpg

Looks like Jerry stumbled across something very naughty.

FacialExpression127.jpg

Don't ask why Ralph's eyes are like that. As I'm not sure either.

FacialExpression126.jpg

The Adventures of Chinese Luigi and Dumb Dino.

FacialExpression131.jpg

Holy... What happened to Scratch?

FacialExpression24.png

I agree.

I, unfortunately, don't have screencaps for these two shots I like so I'll have to describe them - but they aren't really that whacky so your aren't missing much. However, if anyone has screenies of them I'll gladly give you an Internet! :)

I love the shot in Shrek where after leaving Donkey by himself, Shrek goes near the sunflower patch and watches the sunset and moonrise over Duloc Castle. I'd kill for it to be my desktop image!

In the Jimmy Neutron episode where he, Carl and Sheen are transported back to a dinosaur era (don't remember) - there's one point where after Sheen is kidnapped Jimmy and Carl find a little animal thing to help them. Carl makes friends with the animal and the two make up a hula dance. Jimmy's reaction is priceless; he stares at Carl with an open mouth for like five seconds, looks straight at the camera with the same look on his face, and stares back at Carl. It's MUCH more funny when you see it yourself.

I will, however, post a few epic screens from Cats Don't Dance, since I love you guys :D

the face then Duncan did during the wrestling competition in Total Drama Action, you wonder if Chris enjoyed the moment when Duncan said "uncle"?

Nami looks angelic in this shot

the Mask have numerous facial expressions who are "Smokin" ;)

I finally managed to see Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs and I loved it! I can't believe the movie wasn't brought up at any points of this thread :p

One thing that was good about Space Jam was its animation, which holds up fairly well today. I also liked all its cameos in the background and all the little gags in the background.

That said:

(I should point out that Pepe Le Pew has the funniest face here)

Two SpongeBob facial expressions I love:

From "As Seen on TV":

^ Part of what's funny about this one is how SpongeBob's mouth quivers as he stands there.

From "I'm With Stupid":
