Scaramouche in Toronto. Consistently rated as one of the best restaurants in Toronto for food, service, and atmosphere. It's on a hill that overlooks downtown Toronto.
It's a very safe restaurant for a date. Very consistent. Prices are in the $300-400 for two...but I've been to more expensive restaurants that don't deliver.
