Oh, I missed this. 
I don't really follow blogs, I usually just run into them when I'm googling a topic since Google tends to top blog results on the first page.
IMO, a really good blog needs to address topics in a way that shows the writer's expertise and unique opinion on the topic. It also needs to be a quick read, attention grabbing with some ideas or wording that would leave a lasting impression. That would make people bookmark that blog to go visit it again.
