Your Favorite Animated Kiss

Hello rabroad. Two quick things: this is my first post and nice touch with the rabroad cartoon image showing only couples today!

I recently started a blog and started off by counting down my top five kisses in animation. You can find the blog here: http://theanimatedgamer.wordpress.com/

To highlight one, Homer and Marge have kissed hundreds of time on The Simpsons, but I chose their movie kiss. Aside from their very first kiss as children, the movie kiss stand out in my mind, with thanks to the beautiful animation and 360 degree spin. It was a memorable moment for the movie and the series as a whole.

If you have a favorite kissing scene from a cartoon, anime, or what have you, post while it's still Valetine's Day!
 
I wanna be annoying and say the "Some Black Chick's Tongue" scene from Drawn Together. I don't really have an actual answer though. Very few actually stick out in my mind for some reason.

Katara/Aang Kiss: At the finale, I'd say it was a perfect way to end the series, it was very heartfelt. Good couple.

Kallen/Lelouch kiss: *Spoilers* Late in R2, in Ashford Academy, they kissed as a final farewell. It was really sad.

Haruhi/Kyon kiss: *Spoilers* When Kyon kissed Haruhi to return to the real world, I thought it was cute.

C.C./Lelouch kiss: Although they had a few, I liked the one in the Season One finale. They are a great couple.

The weird thing about that scene was the fact they they are...what, 15 and 13 respectively?

Of course, I suppose the whole series kind of felt like the authors wanted to use older character than what Nickelodeon probably told them to use. I mean, the air temple dudes even tell Aang, "normally, we wait until the avatar is sixteen before telling him he's the avatar. But the plot is making us tell you at the age of twelve, so let's get started with your adventures already." (I paraphrased, btw).
 
Nikki & Jonsey's kiss at the end of the 6teen winter special was really heart felt and sweet to me. Also the final kiss between Tiana and Naveen in the Princess & the Frog. I agree with Rick Jones, that kiss was also really sweet. :anime:
 
I don't find it awkward. As long as they like eachother, that's all that matters. It's basically the same thing for Zutara fans, the age difference I mean. So... yeah.
 
Yeah, I'm only a casual fan of 6teen, but I thought the kiss was adorable.

I also liked Timmy and Trixie's kiss during The Fairly Oddparents Wishology special was pretty awesome. Timmy knowing he might die, so just throwing caution to the wind like that was cool.

It's not in a romantic sense, but more of a brother/sister love, but I thought Danielle kissing Danny on the cheek at the end of D-Stabalized was pretty cute.
 
There was in Sailor Moon, a bunch of scenes where Darien (Mamoru)/Tuxedo Mask and Serena(Usagi)/SM kissed, but I chosen the one in the movie Sailor Moon R where Serena after the kiss tell her friends to not worry because she told them then everything was allright.

In the 2nd Inuyasha movie, Kagome risked her life by kissing Inuyasha who was in a pure demon form and the kiss was the only alternative to bring him back to his half-demon state. It give me a laugh after that scene where Miroku wanted to do the same with Sango.
 
Codename Kids Next Door: I've always been partial to the Kids Next Door episode where Numbuh Two became a teen and kissed Cree a couple of times. The fat kid got the girl he wanted.

Avatar: The Last Airbender: Azula's kiss on that guy in The Beach was awesome. Even the most maniacal and driven character on the show wanted some companionship.
 
Ah, this is easy. In the Justice League episode "Starcrossed," Batman and Wonder Woman kiss while not in costume. As a huge fan of both characters, it was easily one of my favorite animated moments of all time.
 
I loved Homer and Marge Simpson's kiss from the movie...The animation of the scene was beautiful,and it was a very sweet moment....

Marge: Best kiss of my life...

Homer: Best kiss of your life,so far....

Fry and Leela's kiss from Futurama's Into the Wild Green Yonder "movie"...Over the course of the series,these two have gradually gotten closer,so it was nice to see the movie end on them kissing (even though the series is returning now,so Wild Green Yonder's no longer the series finale)...


Aladdin and Jasmine's first kiss....they say goodnight to each other

Jasmine: Goodnight,my handsome prince...

Aladdin: Sleep well,princess...

and the Magic Carpet unexpectedly lifts Aladdin up to kiss Jasmine...I just think it's cute...
 
I have to say Shrek and Fiona's first kiss from the original Shrek sticks out.

True, the animation is pretty sucky by today's standards - but Fiona's transformation is well really well done. Sure, she spins around in the sky with gold sparkles flying around, but I still love it. I also like the the context of the kiss - they don't care what they look like, they like each other for who they are. I wish more couples (both IRL and fiction) were like that...
 
If we're going by comedic kisses, I'd also add one from Ren & Stimpy: Ren's bones being sucked out of his body by an amoeba that kisses him in the episode "Blazing Entrails". Ren subsequently turns into a puddle due to lack of body structure and says, "WOW. What a woman!"
