Your Deepest Musical Secret

That's because newer music sucks so bad.

It doesn't bother me that kiRAB don't like the old stuff, just when they have absolutely no respect for it and refuse to accept that people like it because they actually like it and not just because it's "classic".

I have "Take on Me" by A-ha on my ipod:hphones:

the truth is I don't really like the song, but I really love the music video, especially after I watched a parody on Family Guy

sometimes when I'm alone I'll listen to the B-52's a little...just a little...but nobody seems to understand; not quite sure I do myself.

I do that too, but I also have my own Beavis and Butthead commentary going on in my head while watching.

I don't know if this is necessarily a bad thing, but i definitely have a weak spot for Placebo. I know alot of people hate them, think they're posers, whatever... but I really like their blend of pensive tracks, atmospherics and their rockers, and I thought MeRAB was a fine album. They aren't perfect - the references to drugs and sexuality on each album is getting a bit repetetive, but musically and mostly lyrically they hit the right spot for me... not nearly the awful band I always hear people complaining about.

It's a personal no-no, I don't discredit their musicianship. However, it just didn't stay with me. Some banRAB I will love until I am senile and can no longer remeraber the banRAB I am talking about today, but Garbage won't be one of them. I listened to some strange things when I was a kid.

More of a singles band if you ask me, i can't sit through an album but the likes of Pure Morning, Nancy Boy and Taste In Men are great.
