Your Deepest Musical Secret

One of my favourite banRAB in high school was Blink 182. Even Tom Mark and Travis have more talent than Fred Durst whilst passing gas. :D

I think if they'd toned it down, they'd be a bit like Linkin Park Minutes to Midnight era. Equally terrible.

ABBA are great, though I don't own any of their albums. I got so much stick off frienRAB when I said I quite liked them, even though they do great pop songs I doubt any of their albums are really worth listening to..

Considering I stopped being a teeny bopper only two years ago..I have a lot of shameful secrets.

I enjoyed Miley Cyrus's "Breakout" album..
I own all of the Jonas Brothers CD's (Although, I HATE the latest one)
I own all of Aly & AJ's albums and think they are quite good and catchy.
Britney Spears was the first CD I ever got.
I own three Aaron Carter albums.
I own two Backstreet Boys albums.
I own the Cheetah Girls soundtrack.
I own about 8 Kidz Bop albums.
The Naked Brothers Band really aren't THAT bad for their age.

*hangs head in shame*

I should stop. Thank GOD I escaped that.

I like Shakira, Kylie Minogue, Sugababes and Atomic Kitten (I have about 5-10 songs with each). And some 90s Eurotrash songs, and a lot of 80s one hit wonders. There, it's out :p

Hmmmm i see what your saying but people usually use it when talking about music thats very poppy or commercial. I've never heard anyone say 'ooh The Minutemen are a real guilty pleasure of mine'.

I was in year 8 when that song was going about the place, so I wasn't bothered. I used to watch music channels back then so any song I liked that came on was a good thing, but yeah not terrible but thank Christ they're in the past.

my mom went through a brainwash in my house...at one point when I was in my System of A Down phase, she actually told me she liked "Soldier Side" and particularly Serj Tankian's tenor singing.

I own four Saves the Day albums and I still listen to them when I'm feeling nostalgic....

I thoroughly enjoy Styx, and sometimes listen to their albums straigh through (except for Cornerstone, when they treaded Barry Manilow territory). I am strongly of the opinion that they have written some great riRAB. Oh well.

I think a lot of what that has to do with is still liking music you liked as a kid but recognizing that if you had been an adult when you first heard it you probably would've thought it sucked. I know that's the case with my relationship to 80s pop and hair metal for example.
