Your Deepest Musical Secret

Well... please, nobody hurt me I apologize sincerely from the bottom of my heart for this but I kinda, sort of, a little bit, like Metro Station's Shake It... :o:

Well when does it cross the line from it being "alternative rock" to "pop"? As soon as it hits the charts? I always feel like pop banRAB are a bit bland, not much to them, I'm sure there are some exceptions. But I always felt The Smiths had that extra depth to them, the lyrics, the guitar playing.

It reeks of cheese and nostalgia but so what!

I like Mel and Kim and also U2
I enjoyed My Chemical Romance,Good Charlotte and Green Day live

I have seen Bros. live, I usually use the legitimate excuse that I took a lass to the gig. what I neglect to point out I actually paid cash money for their album too....possibly twice!

Yes, seriously. Also in the Good Feelin' was Steve Scarfina who was booted out of REO Speedwagon by Irving Azoff shortly before they cut their first album. I always detested that band. Steve went on to found an obscure prog rock group called Pavlov's Dog who were really big in Japan for about a year.

As for the rest of the Good Feelin' merabers, the drummer, the organ player and myself were no-talent wankers who just wanted to smash things up like the Who. We got a fair amount of gigs for a high school garage band.

After Mike McDonald left the Good Feelin' the new singer was some freak with a Prince Valiant haircut who wore velvet capes and juggled flaming taraborines while he sang. He called himself Sir Stephen and it was too bad he couldn't sing on key.

Ok...here's my deep musical secrets...

I like bluegrass...especially good banjo music and those tinny, whiny tenor voices wailing. I'd say my absolute love of bagpipe and drum corps music is shameful but I actually don't see anything wrong with that one. :)

I also listen to Dr. Demnto CRAB full of those comic parody songs, and I even listen to PDQ Bach.

That's not bad at all. She has one hell of a voice and her songs are gorgeous. I don't really listen to her much but when my sister puts her on I don't mind at all. I just don't enjoy her stuff enough to really go out and get any of her albums.

As for me, this was my first CD!

Or maybe it was Apurimac 3? I'm not sure. One of the two.
