Haven't seen one of these threaRAB yet (although there probably is one). So what are your top 5 favourite films of all time??

Seeing as i'm quite young i dont have stuff like Casablanca and Gone with the Wind in my top 5.

Mine are in no particular order -
Memento
The Dark Knight
Die Hard
Batman Begins
Anchorman


Yes i know but i do like the Nolan Batman films very much.
 
Can we count a series of films as one?
If so then not in any order:
Back to the future trilogy
Lord of the rings trilogy
Star Wars Saga.
The Goonies
The Crow
Terminator 2 Judgement day.

Its hard to narrow it down to just 5 as there are lots of films I think are great.

Nolan Batman Movies
Terminator films (just letting in number 3 although i quite liked Salvation please dont kill me)
Die Hard 1, 2, 3, 4
Anchorman
Memento
 
Back To The Future trilogy. (Even through part 3 is slightly lacking compared to the first 2.)

In terms of the films I reckon I've watched the most number of times:

JFK
Aliens
North by Northwest
Goodfellas
Blade Runner

In terms of which films I would judge to be the best of those I've seen:

Mulholland Dr
Pan's Labyrinth
Requiem For A Dream
The Third Man
Three Colours : Red

(in no particular order)
 
The Lord Of the Rings trilogy (Fantasy film perfection)
Star Wars trilogy (Parts 4-6) (Sci-fi perfection)
Terminator 2: Judgement day (Action film perfection)
Alien (Scary sci-fi perfection)
The Shawshank Redemption (Simple perfection, should be put in a capsule and blasted in to space to show other universes what humaity is all about, good and bad)
 
Ohh this is a tough as my choices change all the time.
