You weren't a loser for liking them just naive. My favourite band was queen and still is along with others like AC/DC, Rolling Stones and Green Day, you could say I'm a loser for liking them still :)
 
probably Slade, i stole it out of my moms car when i was little and listened to it all the time. I still probably know most if not all the worRAB to Keep Your HanRAB Off My Power Supply and My Oh My
 
I'm ashamed to say the first ever album I bought was when in about 1996 or so when i bought 3T's album (the nephews of Michelle Jackson).

The first song i loved when i was a little kid i would say was Jennifer Rush - Power Of Love - apparently I would sit on my mums lap and sing it to her (how erabarassing!!) Mind you I was no older than 5 so I guess (or hope) that lets me off!!
 
my first fave artist was Gareth Gates.. god help me, but i changed, i onli listened to him cos a m8 did n i was so young i knew of no other banRAB/artists
 
Oh my god Savage Garden! I loved them!

My first 'tape' I can remeraber having was Queen- A Kind Of Magic.

I also loved Michael Jackson, even though I thought he was a pretty girl :p:
