You wish... Cartoon series you wish could happen?

WOW! Great ideas! I liked Wario Ware, Donkey Kong, Calvin and Hobbes, EarthBound, Dib, BOTH Megaman Seinfeild, Mario, Zelda, Star Fox, Super Smash Bros., Kirby, Sonic, and the really long Nintendo one the best. My ideas are:

Pig 'n Evil: It's about an alien pig named Pig and an alien chimpanzee named Evil landing here on earth and doing random tasks, like win a race, save the world, and become plumbers.

Zero Wing: Just come on! It's awesome! All your base are belong to it. Seriously, I like it.

Paper Mario: Basically, it's the 2 Paper Mario games in a close follow up. But after the The Thousand Year Door's final boss,
Shadow Queen
, it'll just go on all new quests barely but still following Super Mario RPG and Superstar Saga, but only AFTER they finish Luigi's Quest. Then it will go on it's own stories.

Pikmin: I'm not sure how this would work, but it will start off as a 100% complete version of the original, then over to the sequal endlessly.

And your ideas that I mentioned. They RAWKED!

Let's just hope if they DO appear, 4Kids doesn't get it

Yu-gi-oh! R

Sandland

Hercules 2 telling the story of the Twelve Labors

Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem

The Incredibles: TAS, WITH BRAD BIRD

Dragon Ball AF (How many versions of this have fans told? Either way, this would be interesting to see)

Hey, John Pannozzi you forgot Wario Land 3!

Cool World never really seemed like a complete Bakshi film since Holli didn't have portruding um, glands.

I'd much rather have Wizards 2 and 3 though.:(

A series based on the events after End of Evangelion or the alternate future expressed in ep. 26 of NGE (i think I'd kinda be like Tenchi where Asuka and Rei fight over Shinji. :p) or what would happen if after the 17th angel more angels kept coming and it would be based upon Asuka's passive/agressive love for Shinji, with Eva fights of couse :p .

GREEN LANTERN: THE ANIMATED SERIES - This show would pick up right after S:TAS "In Brightest Day" ended.

THE FLASH: THE ANIMATED SERIES- The show would pick up right after S:TAS "Speed Demons" ended.

METAL GEAR- Cartoon based on the video games.

I would love a Darkwing Duck Spin-off in which Gosalyn Mallard is Quiverwing Quack, Darkwing excepts it, and they are a crime-fighting team, and maybe there could be a character that I could play that's maybe friends with Gosalyn, Oh, and I could sing the new theme song.:-)

Bubsy the Bobcat from Accolade! If they made that into a cartoon and updated his features a bit then gave him completely new game adventures like say on Playstation he might just become immensely popular! I'd give him a new outfit too like red with black stripe jeans and a sleeveless tank top with a wicked font style Exclamation mark on it... maybe digital font! What do u guys think..?

1. Reboot in a newer computer with more recent games and a different guardian and viruses.

2. A good Pokemon show basied on the game with a plot of some kind.

3. Starcraft or Warcraft would make an easy show.

4. I'd love to see a Sluggy Freelance cartoon.

I like your ideas John! I'd simplify them a bit though. While Donkey Kong is obviously cannon with Mario Bros. I think it's best not to dwell on his stories because there a a WHOLE LOT.

I like that you included Mario's Missing and Mario's Time Machine since they are certainly mini-arc fodder.

I don't think I'd use Yoshi's Island or Yoshi's Story either. Maybe as OVAs. But they seem unneccesary overall. Same goes for Wario's stories.

Here is a nice little concept I would just love to see. A new Yogi Bear & Company action-comedy series, ala Yogi's Treasure Hunt, and with (though it seems far-fetched) the look and feel of Japenese Anime. However, it won't be too serious. It will be funny in some sort. Also, the characters won't be such goddy-goodies here, there will be a few rotten apples (like shoplifter Yogi).

:) Guess you're too young to hear of (in sertalization near you)

Rocky and Bullwinkle

Dudley DoRight

Ruff and Reddy

Penelope Pitstopp (tying with the tomboy theme elsewhere)

Underdog

Hoppity Hooper (by the good folks what brought you Bullwinkle)

Clutch Cargo

Crusader Rabbit

Spunky and Tadpole (to my knowledge)

Felix the cat from the early 1960s (usually two-part,if that counts)
(in fact ALL Jay Ward shows till George of the Jungle would count..)
:p

Thanks that was helpful. I really wish I could see this show. They made some DVDs but sadly they are region 2. OH well...

Railith, I agree that a Warcraft show could be pretty good.

Video Games:
Paper Mario
Kingdom Hearts
SW: Old Republic (with Lucas calling every shot)
NES Duck Hunt

Movies:
Spaceballs
Dumb and Dumber
Indiana Jones
Disney's Robin Hood

Religious:
The Bible (of course)
How Religion Works through History
Adventures in Odyssey
Chronicles of Narnia

Familiar Characters:
Muppet/Sesame Street Crossover
Mickey, Donald, Goofy, etc. Frantic Antics
Peanuts
Jay Ward's Characters

Comic Books:
The Shield
Marvel Ultimate Universe
Casey Jones
Green Lantern/Green Arrow

Books:
Captain Underpants
Judy Blume's Fudge
Treasure Island
The Outsiders

That's about it...for now!

I would love to see a cartoon based on the Archie Knuckles comics. The stories are so exciting, and they have a bit of references to Australia (I like Australia), but most of all: it's like it was anime-inspired. It would be great to see Knuckles the Echidna of the Archie universe on TV!:)

Oh, the possibilites.

I like what ionglkyle said about the Green Lantern series. Flash...eh, not yet. GL has much more potential and you don't want to saturate the DC Animated market.

GL would focus on Kyle Rayner and his adventures in space while John Stewart takes over on Earth. The GL Corps would have his back and I'd like it to go 'long the style of Starship Troopers. Without all the stereotypical American hero stuff though. These are intergalactic warriros after all.

A Nightwing series. Despite what I said about DC saturation. See how fast I change my mind?

Some shows I'd like brought back:

Superman, Batman, Spiderman, Big Guy and Rusty, Beast Machines

There needs to be a lot more cartoons based on Nintendo games. Mario, Zelda, and Starfox to name a few. Super Smash Bros. could be some kind of crossover movie event. Like World's Finest.

And finally:

The Vortex Knight Power Hour!!!

Someday, people. Someday.
